Here's what's going on. I am on week 5 of my cycle and I'm having problems finding time to lift. Up to this point, I had lifted 5 days a week every week. This last week I started working for some big farmers. I REALLY need the money, but the hours are killing me. In the last week, I worked 112 hours. I get up at 7, am at work at 8, and don't get off til 10. By the time I get home, it's at least 10:30. This is not a pencil pushing job, these are long HOT tiring hours. When I get home, all I want to do is go to bed. I went and lifted at 10:45 the other night, I have no motivation, and my intensity is just not there. I've probably got just a week and a half left, what do I do? Keep taking my cycle and lift when I can? Please advise.
