Need advice, plz?

I am 26, 188 lbs, 5' 10". on my first test cycle and I think I am gaining slow. Its day 13 of my cycle. So far I have injected a total of 1250 mg of test.
I eat 550+ ( 300 from chicken/salmon/soy and rest from whey) grams of proteins, 200 grams carbs,
40-50 grams fats from milk and salmon. I eat 5 times a day. Sleep 7-8 hours.

Any recommendations ?
 
Give it 2 more weeks, its only been 13 days.

Keep up the good eating like you have, and it will kick in real soon....assuming it is enathate or cypionate or a test blend (ie sust).

Keep bustin' ass in the gym too.

Muscle just doesn't come over night....or in 13 days.

You will be fine, just hangin there and don't get ansy or frustrated.

I did my first cycle with primo and var 7 months back. I really felt a great increase in strength within a week.

I expected more out of test but now i have realized it will take time.

You will continue to think that your not growing.. Then one day you wake up and look in the mirror and you cant believe that you are actually looking at yourself.... Happens closer to week 7 than day 13... :) Strength increases come first.. Dont worry! It will happen. Just enjoy the ride..

i think he is saying that even on cycle, 550+ grams of protein is excessive considering he weighs 188.

350-400g is more then enough if you ask me
 
How much have you gained? I get great response from high protein intake and your diet looks good. Wait until week 3or4 for test enth to see any real gains.
 
Swap your milk to skim and drink more of it to up your carbs. Eat some peanut butter if you drop the fat too drastically from the change.
 
Takes me about 5-6 weeks to feel enanthate.. if you were looking for quicker hits could have frontloaded with d-bol or even test prop for 3-5 weeks eat a little less protein and chnge the other 150g of protein into carb calories.
 
dude, i just did a test e only cycle, well it was test e and test cyp, both are roughly the same halflives. i kept wondering like you, wtf is taking so long, and then boom, about week 6 i'd say i started getting stronger FAST. then until week 10 im like wtf, im strong as fuck now but not any bigger, and everyone's telling me im bigger but i couldn't see it. i look in the mirror and see nothing. nada. well, then about 2 weeks into pct i did an arm workout and had the wife take a picture so i could compare picture to precycle picture. well as soon as i opened this picture, i could not believe my eyes. i was like, when the fuck did i get big dude. my arms grew from 16's to 18's, i swear to god though that you don't see it until your off and in pct, you literally will not let yourself see it, especially if your a mirror rat like me always checking. keep shooting, keep lifting and lift as hard as you can and looks like your doing everything else right so keep at it bro. TEST E is long acting dude, it hasn't been long bro. my shit started kicking week 5 or 6, week 8, i was on fucking fire and strong and hard. i didn't want to ever stop. good luck man, keep at it.
