Need advice please! Test E

Hi guys

Am a member on other forums but have decided to migrate over here also :)

Need some advice please from some experienced members ... im 23 and have built a good solid body naturally for 3 years.

Never been on test before but have literally years of experience on the subject. (obviously not that much as i wouldnt be asking for advice haha) Just need to clear up a few things before i start my first cycle next year. Forgive me if i come across niave or a noob, im really not its just that im getting close to taking the plunge, and want all the critism and scrutiny i can :P

1. I currently train 3 days a week push-pull-legs. (the maximum i can with my busy lifestyle)
Am i correct in saying that i stick to the same routine ON cycle? It makes sense to keep it the same, as if i temporarily worked out more whilst on, then when i revert back to 3 days, my body wont want hold on to that extra mass ive gained, if you see what im saying?

2. Im going to be pinning my quads, do you usually alternate legs each week? Or just inject pretty much the exact same spot? Im gonna be taking 400/500mg of test E a week for 11 weeks, in one syringe not split bi weekly. Im a huge fan of tapering for so many reasons so i will lower the dose the final two weeks.

3. This is probably going to sound silly, but after your first cycle, did it permanantly change the way you look? Ive seen people take gear and its matured their body so much that i cannot imagine it would ever look the way it did before. What i mean is can just one cycle actually transorm your body for the good? Or is this just wishful thinking !?!

Splitting the dose 3 1/2 days apart is a lot better for keeping your bloods stable bro, and also minimizes risk of sides. Assuming you're using a long ester of course...

The 3 day split is great for mass, no reason to change it. PM stevesmi about incorporating a 5x5 in it and you will love it!

Alternating injection sites is ideal to keep scar tissue down. No reason to hit the same spot over and over bro.
 
As far as your first cycle changing you, everyone is different.

I will say this, and everyone here will echo this I'm sure, make sure you spend the extra money for support supps and pct and your diet.

You will NEVER again see gains like you will from your first cycle bro! If you have all your ducks in a row, you could be looking at keeping a solid 25 pounds after pct.

Just make sure you have a good base to start. Props to you for doing your homework first and not rushing into it
 
Thanks for your replies. I will split the dose into two a week then. I understand the first cycle is the most beneficial, which is why im trying to save money for every possible thing needed. Including heaps of food :-)

Definitely bro, take this next year to really tweak your diet and get it down perfect, and research as much as you can. This place is a gold mine of info on basically every subject in the fitness world.

id stock up on great protein. keep tweaking the push/pull/legs and just keep researching.. sounds like a great cycle in the works.
