hey fellas was just wondering if any of you could go over my routine shake that i've been using for the past week (1-2 times a day) and tell me if i should make any improvements. i'm 19, 6' tall, and only about 125-130lb, im really under-weight and i'm sick of it and i want to put on weight fast. (about 40-50lb would be nice)
2 cup milk
2-3 eggs
1 scoop peanut butter
1 cup raw oat meal
2-3 scoops of swiss mix chocolate
1 banana
i'm also doing free weights, (i've read that their best for my situation), but not too many times a week because i heard since of my high metabolism i need to let them rest longer so they can build up.
