need advice on my stack

i am about to do a 40 day stack of anavar at 30 mg a day. i am a football player and i would like to know if this will help increase my speed and strength and is this as good as winny for speed.
 
Up the anavar, mg/mg anavar>winny IMO. That amount of anavar will shut you down incase you were wondering. Line up a PCT! If you don't know what that means do some resarch. If you are looking for speed then train for speed: Plyos, pulling sleds, running hills etc.. Don't pop a few anavar and think your 40 is going to shrink. Become explosive.

First of all, how 'bout some stats? Is this your first cycle? That's not a stack it's just a cycle run of a single AS. What are your exact goals? (Everyone wants to be stronger and faster). If it's your first cycle you need to run some test by itself but I'd say your set on the var so you will need to run at least 50mg/ed. I think you probably need to read Mr. X's sticky for newbies first and then do some research from there.
 
Bro why var for this doesnt make much since ther are a lot better options for what you are trying to accomplish but the again your probably one of those whos say " I am just no ready for injection"

I agree here man.

Im a former D1 football player myself and I did my first cycle while in college. It was Test only. If you do a 10 week cycle of Test... yeah man, youre going to get bigger, faster, stronger... period.

However you need to educate yourself on wtf youre doing to your body man. I had NO IDEA what i was doing when I was in college. Now that I am a bit more educated on the subject... I do phenomenolly better now than when I was in college working my ass off in the gym. Understanding how your body reacts, how to diet and train correctly, and then how to run your proper Post Cycle Therapy to return your bodys hormones to their natural levels are extremely extremely EXTREMELY important.

Research some more bro. I promise you it will pay off. Also, when you do come to request help... a ton of experienced, friendly veterans will be more than happy to assist you. However in order to do so, they need as much specific details about you that they can get so that they can point you in the right direction.

For example... Age, Weight, Height, Bodyfat, eatting routing, workout routing, goals, how long have you been dieting the way you are, and how long have you been actively working out... and also what you "think" you might want to put into your system.

I know when I played ball, we got drug tested often by the university however they did not test for steroids. They only tested for other drugs.

I only got tested by NCAA twice during my 4-years... and that sucks incase any of you did not know :worried:

First and far most i would like to say thanks for replying and i am about 5'8 at 225lbs. (compact) I have about 14 percent and i have been working out seriously for about 4 years. I squat 530 and I bench about 340. My 40 yd dash is about a 4.6. i am trying to find out if anavar comebined with my training regiment (alot of explosive movements and some of the basics) and proper diet will var help me to cut fat and become a little more explosive. thanks.
