I want to shift the focus of my current cycle from a lean bulk to a cut during week 7 of 12 (next week). Im running 625-750mg of Sust and 300-400mg of Mast per week, EOD shots. I want to polish up the gains I made in the first 6 weeks, which is 9-12 lbs gained (WAY more than I expected) and bodyfat down 1% to 12 from 13. Now I want to focus on gettin down sub 10%, and retaining the muscle Ive put on (I'd even be cool with adding some more!)but I really dont have much cutting experience, and know that I could probably make this a cycle that gains me another 10+ lbs of solid muscle if I kept up what I was doing. The cycle was planned this way, with a shift in focus half way through, from the start, but I really hadnt expected to gain so well in the first half and dont want to mess with a good thing. That said, I feel like it might just be a cycle thats doin great for me and I could be just as successful in cutting up this last half if I do it right.
I dont plan on going below 2300 calories a day (diet is 2-3 scoops of NitroCore and 2 packets of oatmeal for breakfast, 8oz chicken w/ whole wheat bun at lunch with a salad, 8oz chicken w/whole wheat bun 2 hours pre workout, 8oz bison burger on whole wheat bun after, and 6 eggs at night, as well as VPX NO Shotgun and Synthesize pre and during workout. Liter of water at every meal and with the shakes) and I normally eat 3-3500 while on. I am thinking about adding a morning workout spending about 20 minutes in the pool and 20 minutes doing some form of interval cardio (I dont know if I should eat before or after... Im not really a fan of starved workouts, but this is new to me!) then later do my normal hour to 90 minutes of lifting at night. Y'all have any tips that come to mind, or see any holes in my plan? Help me get this fat off !
