Need advice on first cycle?

Hi,
I have been training for 8 years natural, my foundation was powerlifting but now Iam looking into bodybuilding
age 34
Ht 5'7
weight 190lbs
train 4 x a week
cardio 2 x week

I decided to take a leap into AS as I feel its time. I have taken all my blood work profile and it was normal. Also got the laymans book which is great.
It is a 10week cycle of prop/enath 50mg/200mg and deca 200mg
I also have anastrozole 1mg which I take every other day.

Test blend is taken 1 cc Monday & Thusday which 2 cc a week 500mg

Deca is taken 1/2cc Monday & Thusday which is 1cc a week
200mg

How does this cycle look? Any advice? Should I up the deca to 300mg then taper down to 200mg aweek? As for the test should I stick to 2cc a week for 10 weeks?

I wanted to add stanzolo(winstrol) to if so would it be good? When should I add it and how long?

My goal is to be a solid 200lbs but If I end up heavier thats fine. I just dont want to lose alot of muscle after the AS cycle. As for my pct I will be using HCG and clomid. Any advice on this cycle is appreciated to make better gains and make sure Iam doing things safely.

Ok, test part looks good. If this is your first cycle, I would do only test, period. But, if you're set on doing deca with it, I would up it to 300 and run 300 the whole time. 500/week test is good. Keep it at 500 the whole time.

Winny? If you want to add winny, then you should do it for 5-6 weeks at 50mg ED. The last 5-6 weeks. BUT, you need to run the winny at least 2 weeks past the deca and test before you start PCT so the deca clears your system. The adex at 1mg EOD is fine. For PCT, I would add Nolva while taking HCG or you could possibly get some bad gyno, also keep nolva on hand during cycle incase of gyno too.

Look...........I say 200 because I don't see enough justification to boost it to 300. There's not enough reward vs. the risk......I say stay conservative and go from there. He can do Deca @ 300+ his next cycle; remember we don't want his dick to drip-drop while his libido flip-flops.

You'll feel some effects of the Test blend immediately.....Prop is faster acting than the Enanthate.

I see, it must be the prop then because its the start of my 3rd week and I notice my recovery is faster and I feel a good pump. As for the poundage seems like its getting better each week but from what I hear, its the 5th week that you will notice alot more strength gains?
