need advice on cutting cycle

Hey guys, I am planning on leaning out a little starting this monday. I am 5'10'', 220lbs at 9% bodyfat. My bodyfat was tested today via the hydrostatic method. I was somewhat shocked at the reading because I have never tested over 8%, I was 6% last sept. at a bodyweight of 210lbs.

I cycle year round and usually use only test and deca, occasionaly throwing in d-bol. I believe in using low doses. For example, I will usually use 250mg of test per week for a few months, then add in deca at 200mg with the test for another few months, and switch back to the test,etc. I never go above 250mg of test per week. I am 26 years old by the way.

So, starting on monday I am going to hit the cutting hard. I want to get down to around 205lbs at 5% bodyfat by the end of april. I will be using a high protein, med-high carb, and low fat diet. Cardio will be performed 2 X per day at a med-high intensity for 45 min per session. Each bodypart will be trained with heavy weights and low-med reps once per week.

What I need advice on is whether it would be more beneficial to increase the test dosage to 500mg per week? I will not be using deca, so I am not sure if 250mg of test per week is enough to prevent any loss of LBM? Please, don't recommend winstrol or any other non-aromatizing drugs. I don't want to use anything that would fuck with my lipid profile.

Also, I am expecting a delivery of thermorexin early this week. So I will be using this during the cutting period. I would appreciate any feedback on this product. Is it ok to take this before performing high intensity cardio? Thanks.

test will mess with your lipid profile.. why would you think that it wouldn't?

at your size (pretty big given your height) I'd go with 500/week... if you're really concerned run the 250/week and see what happens, you could always bump it up to 500.

I have the blood tests to prove that it dosen't. At least it dosen't at a low dose.

It should, but everyone is different.. guess you're lucky then!
