Need advice from pros first cycle

hey guys just a quick question. Iam 35 145 5/9 small frame guy work out 4 times a week the problem is after doing my research I can't come up with a damn cycle I am looking for less sides cause of the hair lose thing shit runs in the family. here is what i came up with what do you guys think i want 15 to 20 pounds of ripped muscle .

first choice
300mg Eq a week
200 test prop a week
8 week cycle

second choice
200mg test prop a week
300mg deca a week
8week cycle

or just test alone ?
clomid after cycle , protein shakes and creatine mix

At 5'9 and 145 you may want to stay natural just a little longer. How long have you been training? How much do you eat per day?
 
How long have you been training? Have you started to lose your hair already? What is your bodyfat? Answer these and we can provide better guidance....

yea, I am not sure your ready yet...give a little more background before we can help you critique your cycle.
 
Sorry for the late response. My hair is already thining but am using nizoral that seems to help alot not to worried if i lose a little . i am kinda on the slim side My diet is chicken , veg, fruit, lean steak, body fat has dropped to 10 % from 16% but only eat 3 meals a day. if i where to eat like crazy i know I would blow up so thats not what i am looking for just lean mass but ripped adding about 15 to 20 more pounds...thanks guys for your help
