Need Advice from Mr. X & other Bro's

I know this is not the right forum, but this is where Mr. X and other Great Bro's are.

I need to know if this diet plan is the way to go before I start a cycle.
My stats are
30yrs. old
5'11
230lbs.
around 26-28%BF
Lifting since I was 16

"I wan't to get down to around 200lbs. and see what I look like at that point."

I've let myself get WAY out of shape, & I'm ready to FULLY commit to getting in top condition. Only cycle I've done in the past was a 5 week run with T-Ball at 60mg. ED. It was a fun first run, but When I get my BF down, I'm ready for a REAL cycle! Here is my plan.......

I'm going to do a zig-zag method for my diet and going to be doing a 40% carb. 40%pro. and 20%fat breakdown.

Average Calorie intake at 2530

Sun. 2024 cal.
Mon. 2783
Tues. 1840
Wed. 3036
Thurs. 2277
Fri. 3289
Sat. 2530

AM Cardio at 30min. 5-6 days a week
Weights at
Sun. Chest, Shoulders
Mon. Back, Traps
Tues. OFF
Wed. Legs, Calves
Thurs. Biceps, Triceps
Fri. OFF
Sat. OFF

Supplements, Multi vit. Bcomplex, vit. E, Ton of vit. C, Thermorexin, Sesapure. ProteinPowder for a couple of shakes- Whey and Casien.

Let me know what you all think! :) :)
Thanks Elite Bro's!!

Your zig-zag is a bit confusing, what caloric ratios are you using?

You need a caloric deficit at least 5 days out of the week.

Ok I agree that it was a little confusing,Now some guys count calories as for me I just feel it out, I eat healthy keep my Cardio up..Well atleast when I'm cutting up,I mean come on I do not have the time to be countting calories cups spoonfulls etc..

Bump For X.

i concure on the caloric deficit thing, but dont do whta mny do and cut your calories too much most dont realize just how many calories your body burns up chewing the food you eat or thinking of how you word your question to type, consider your breathing all day, heart beating and all plus the workout and cardio you do not to mention many people cut out too amny fats which is a big mistake being that EFAs can actually aid in burning more calories and are indeed ESSENTIAL. i would say keep it no lower than 1800 cals a day but thats just me timimg is also extremly importantr when it comes to consuming the foods you eat

I'm looking at the calculator now, what options did you pick?

entered bodyweight and picked Complex. Bodyweight X 11

Ok, I figured it out. lol ;)

The caloric fluctuations are too extreme IMO.

If you want to switch up your calories, try this:
Mon-Tue: weight x 12
Wed - thur: weight x 11
Friday: weight x 12
sat: weight x 18 (refeed)
sun: weight x 11

Stick to 1 refeed for now, until you get to lower bf %

Thanks Brother, should I stick with the 40carb-40pro-20fat ??
Also, as my weight drops should I keep adjusting using my dropped weight X11, X12 etc...

Try a balanced (isocaloric) as a start.

40%p/30%c/30%f

Since it's wx#, you adjust every 2 weeks.

btw...refeed, 50%c/30%p/20%f
Hello Bro.
Do not "count your calories", that is for fat chicks...who will always be fat. Just clean up your diet. At 20% BF, you were eating a lot of things you probably should not have been....wheather you knew it or not. Listen to the other post. J_M, Mr X, and Scout69 (If I missed anyone else's reply I didn't mean it) all have good ideas as well. If you have to count something, count the long and boring minutes as you do cardio, or count the grams of nutrients and make sure you are eating ENOUGH of the correct ones. Remember not all calories were created equal. Pay attention you your blood sugar levels (glucogon and insulin make the fat cell go round).
Good luck.

Thanks for your replys guys, I'll give that a try. :) :)
