Need advice form the computer geeks

My computer is totall fucked. The speed is beyong crawl, liek 30 seconds just to see a pop up after a right click. I already ran adware,antiVir,spybot search and destroy,spywareblaster. No luck. Im pretty sure it has soemthing to do with either the edonkey or grokster file sharing programs I downloaded. Already deleted grokster

I went into my add/remove programs and there is a whole bubcj of crap called window xp hotfix. Is that a program of importance, or is it likely a virus unneeded download? Can and should I delete them

Jersey reboot in safe mode. Get rid of all spyware programs, half are spware themselves! If you have the new Norton, run a scan making sure to check expanded threats and in-memory threats. If you don't you can go to SARC.com and run an online scan. This should really be done in safe mode. If you don't have Norton, you can get Ad-Aware free from http://www.lavasoft.de/. Update it after install and then run a full scan. Do not use other free programs. I manage a few hundred users and I see the damage from other software every day.
