I didn't mean to start a rumble. I wasn't aware that the info I originally provided was that inadequate. Let me start over from scratch. My specs: 6' appx 260-265 lbs. Probably 20-21% bf, 32 years. Previous experience is 2 cycles of sus 250 appx 10 years ago. Right now, I just began a T3/clen cycle. On day 3 right now of anticipated 2 week run (am pyramiding up and will come back down at end), had planned to take phentermine on the off 2 weeks. I had run this before and shredded some weight from just one cycle. I was planning a 1 - 1 1/2 month crash physical regimen to prepare for a training academy I will begin soon. I was planning on running a stack of trem and winni v in order to help build up some strength real quick along with hopefully help burn some bf as well. From what I read, trem is helpful in both these areas. My major concern was whether or not I running the trem/winny would be dangerous in conjunction with the T3/clen. From what I thought, I needed to take a T3 along with trem anyways and clen was pretty much safe to take with anything. I am aware of the T3 dangers, but I have run it before with no noticed problems. From what I heard, the T3 is relatively safe if cycled properly. My physical regimen will be most non impact cardio 4 times week with overall core muscle training throughtout the week. Diet consists of bran cereal w/ skim in morn with nothing else throughout the day but fish/chicken baked/grilled/blackened with green veggies.
