need advice for next cycle

im a friend of lifted ...im 5'6" 200 i just came off a cycle of deca norma.. i need to know what kind of cc usage would be optimal when using t-200 and norandren200 during a 12 week cycle?

Well, it depends on your cycle history. But generally, I'd say run the test at 400mg/wk (2cc) and deca at 400mg/wk (2cc) also.

But again, if you've done a good amount of cycles, you can up it to 600mg each, or even higher.

I would advise using the same amounts as stated above, but I would use EQ instead. Thats just me!
