are you gyno proned, i have to use nolv everytimei cycle and i hate it. if you dont have take it dont worry about it. but if you are everything looked good. why dont you just go with 250mg for 12 weeks. good luck

Keep the ethanate @ 500/wk. Even at that dose I doubt you will need the nolva. Just keep it on hand in case you start to feel some symptoms.

Nips get itchy/irritated or puffy. If this is your first cycle your nips will get irritated anyway, but that will be from checking for gyno symptoms about 300 times/day.
