Need Advice for my Rat Experiment

So, the rat is done with PCT. Cycle was 10 weeks of cyp at 250mg and 8 weeks of NPP at 150mg a week. Tapered the last 2 weeks of cyp clearance with 40mg Test Prop EOD. HCG throughout at 350iu 2x a week. PCT included TRS, Clomid, Torm. For those who say that wasn't enough gear.. it was more than enough. I think most use more than they have to for their rats. I have done 400test/400eq before for rats before.

Prior to that the rat was off for 5 months.Blood done before and after every cycle. Planing on getting bloodwork 3 weeks after PCT is completed and if everything is good to go I am going to do the following for the lab rats next cycle.

250mg Cyp week 1-10
200mg NPP week 1-8
Test Prop 30mg ED week 10-20
Tren ACE 50mg ED week 11-19
Var 50-75mg ED week 13-19

I'm currently 205lb at around 10% bodyfat. My strength is where I want it, I don't care about power anymore 500 raw DL (no belt or straps), 275 Incline(perfect form), Front Squat 225 for reps of 8-10 (no belt) ass to grass, weighted chins 100lb for 5. I am very proportional.

Basically I'm going for pure aesthetics now. I already look good, but I am aiming to recomp and be around 210 5-6% bf. The first 8 weeks will mainly involve putting on clean weight. The last 10 weeks will be High Protein High Fat low carb with the goal of getting shredded.

Looking for a solid 4-5 day split to achieve my goal of transforming and recomp. I want the fitness model look 'no homo'.

Thoughts? Is it necessary for the rat to stay off for long.. is it really going to be that damaging?

Even if your bloods come bak fine it's still good to take time off because AAS isnt just hard on your hormones but hard on your body as well. So giving your BODY time to fully recover you can avoid a bunch of health problems down the road

Correct. Bloods aren't the only thing you need to worry about, hormones are responsible for the developement and maintenance of ligament/joints strength and repair. Let your body get used to its new size and strength before moving forward, you'll end up with better results longterm that you can hold on to.

Props on doing everything else the correct way bro, keep it up. Smart=safe=healthy

Thanks bro. Wish I could stay perma on. lulz.

I think we all do lol. Test gives me that badass feeling of well being, no stress, pure confidence. But it is a marathon, not a race.

Also, time off should be total of time on plus pct, so if you ran 10 weeks, then 4 weeks of pct starting 2 weeks after last pin, that's a total of 16 weeks, so you should take off 4 months from the last day of pct.

Sounds like a long damn time but it gives you 16 weeks to try and prepare for another badass run..sort of gives you a goal to work towards.

You should checkout bridge and gear from ntbm for your time off to maintain gains, its legit stuff!
