need advice for gyno/pct

need feedback on pct with letro/nolva
atm i have gyno in my left nipple, maybe my right too. atm im on a cycle

50/75/75/75/75/75

i dont have my nolva or letro yet, which is why this is a prob, i wont be able to get till the near end of my cycle.

so i was wondering, should i run it like this

1.
week 1-6 pmag
week 7-9 letro
week 7-11 nolva

or like this

2.
week 1-6 pmag
week 7-11 nolva
week 12-14 letro
week 15-16 nolva

3.
week 1-6 pmag
week 7-11 nolva
week 7-13 letro
week 13-15 nolva

4.
week 1-6 pmag
week 7-11 nolva
week 7-11 aromasin

im leaning towards #1, but does any1 have any comments or suggestions? ive heard that letro with tamoxifen lowers its efficiency


also, i could get aromasin since that doesnt interfere with nolvadex, but its not as good as letro.

would som1 shed some light for me?
