33, 6', 235. Good muscle mass. BF% unknown. Could stand to lose 10%. Previous activity: a few cycles of sus 250, 1 of them with stanz, few cycles of T3/Clen. Currently running calorie deficient diet. Workout regimen includes 5-6 days cardio and abs(treadmill, bike, and elliptical), 4 days weights (alternate between legs and arms). I have labrum tears that I may or may not need surgery on. Will find out in few weeks. In the meantime, wanting to gear up for legs mainly, arms could use some help as well, but not main priority. Not getting the strength increases I normally get from leg workouts(slide/ext/curl/press/calf raise). Was recommended running cycle of Deca for strength increase as well as joint relief as well. I also have knee problems. Questions:
1. What is the recommended amount of Deca to take in order to build up strength w/o adding too much weight. Want to continue dropping.
2. What is the minimum amount of test I can get away with taking. Sus 250 is the most available to me.
3. 7 more days and I can continue 2/2 clen/t3 program. Okay to do it in conjunction?
