Hey Im the new guy so if you need my stats they are on a thread i made yesterday called intro to me...

Alright so i have a problem or two here..
Monday i tore my MCL (minor tear) at work so im wondering what you all would do. would you all end your cycle? Would you just workout upper body and hope it repairs in a few weeks? Will my cycle help repair it?

Also.. Im starting to get some minor gyno and usually at this point I would hop on some Letro, but in past experiences it really drys out my joints. And I dont really want to dry out my knee. Im taking joint support supplements. what would you all do? Thanks
 
Friend, I'm sorry to hear 'bout the injury.

1. Make sure it's a tear-see a doc, get mri, etc. Only surgery repairs a tear.

2. I would end the cycle gradually; pct stays the same

3. Deal w/ the gyno now

4. Since knee is hurt, really hammer deadlifts & bent-over rows
 
you have yourself a lot of problems there. how did u hurt your knee at work? dont you have workmans comp? if so you should do as was already said and find out if it is a tear or not.

you will not be able to work out your legs for a while. you could just do upper body for a while, but be very careful with your legs not to put pressure on them

as far as gyno if you covered your bases as it seems like you did then you need to know what is causing it.. you could be very gyno prone.. if that is the case then no more aromatizing compounds.. you need to stick with primo, var, mast, proviron, beastdrol. or else you will keep having the problem over and over.

and finally if you should keep going on your cycle. that is up to you. personally i would stop it.. if i cannot go 100% then i do not believe in juicing. heal up.. get conditioned and then down the line you can juice again. i have no desire to juice with 1 leg out of commission .. i have always preached to people if they are injured to LET IT HEAL before slamming away on it, so i would be a hypocrite if i didn't do the same myself or recommend that to you. i am dealing with an injury too right now and I am taking a full 10 days off from the gym to let it heal up. only doing stretching, walking, and some minor pilate/yoga type things. no heavy weights for me during this time
 
Thanks for the advice guys. Just got an MRI thru work comp and I will get results in 2to 4 days. Part of me wants to think I can heal thru this fast and another is telling me to just start pct. This f-ing sucks!! Oh and I got my injury by one foot slipping into a hole and the other was straight. The straight leg bent at the knee, popped out. It was at about a 45degree angle so I had to quick pop it back in. Did some research and Im pretty sure it's my mcl which can heal in a few weeks with a brace. Acl needs surgery no matter what...
 
yes if your mcl is torn, you will need surgery or deal with problems forever... if it torn, you need to get the surgery done... at the very least you have a hyperextension, which is what you should be hoping for but until that MRI comes back, you can't be sure... i could assess it with field tests but i'm not there so that won't work... =) wait and see what it is and then come back and let us know and we can help you further...
