Need Advice Badly

I am currently a 20 year old college student. I have been lifting hardcore since the age of 13, eventually getting my bench press up to 455 my senior year of highschool at 5'11 205 with 10% BFat, never taking creatine or steroids.

I am naturally fat, and always have to diet and workout to stay even semi-lean. IF I break my diet for a couple weeks my normal weight is 230.

In the last couple years I joined the Marine Corps Officer program, and since then have worked hard to change my body into a much slimmer and leaner build, emphasizing running and high-rep less rest in between sets, and isolated movements, and not worrying about strength or weights.

My problem is that regardless of how hard I try I can't get a "smaller" build. When dieting vigorously the lowest my weight ever gets is 195 and I still look huge.

My usual diet has always been atkins, with almost no carbs and high protein, but I have recently resorted to even cutting out a lot of protein and sticking to salad, and it still hasn't shown the kind of results I am looking for.

I took one six week cycle of clenbuterol and deca a year ago (making me "ripped" but my build was just as big, I regret taking the deca) and just started another clenbuterol cycle this week. I NEED A CYCLE THAT ACTUALLY MAKES ME LOSE WEIGHT, AND CAN HELP FOR A SMALLER BUILD, STRENGTH OR SIZE IS OF NO CONCERN TO ME. I've heard that winny would work but I am afraid that would also make me bigger.

Basically I am willing to do anything to get down to my ideal build, 5'11 180 and cut as fuck, so I am asking for any advice whether it is cycles, supplements, diet, or workout.

MY biggest problem has been my lovehandles, and overall body width. Even when I have a sixpack and am lean I never have that slim waist V-shape look, I still look really wide and fat with normal clothes on. I have yet to see a program or workout that has aided in losing my lovehandles or overall thinned out my build.

Pretty much I am trying to switch from a college football linebacker build, to more of an athletic cornerback or basketball player look.

I am new to this board and all help/advice is appreciated.

Well you seem to have a preponderance of endomorphic traits and that will make getting the physique you desire more difficult but far from impossible

unfortunately to note as well, you likely have wide hip/waist structure and will never have as small a waist as you would like but that will not deter you from getting it ripped and solid and still as small as possible for your structure and looking tight

also basically push come to shove you need to create a greater calorie deficit BUT i also think you are having thyroid issues and would best have a doctor take your blood work

atkins actually can have a negatice effect on thyroid function so this may be part of the culprit although there is likely also a genetic disposition

big key for you:
morning cardio on either an empty stomach or taking in only about 20g of whey protein
do 30-60 minutes at a moderate intensity 4-6 days a week and this should help the fat fly off ya

i think an animalbolics style diet will be best for you and that means the ONLY carbs you take in are following resistance training workouts

otherwise it is protein and fats only and an occasional fruit is acceptable

there are many other things we can go into here but i think this is the base you will find most successful for your goals

My best/instynct

I agree and you can use a protein shake to help achieve those goals,i use Eas simply Protein vanilla 0 carbs. I actually look forward to having em.
