Need a workout routine and some help!

guys ive been hittin the gym hard for about 5months now eating decent.. and im just not getting big and ripped like id like to get.. if you search my previous thread ive made before it has my diet and also my workout routine... anyone know of a good routine and diet that can get me ripped? I still haven't tryed the anavar because im trying to stay natural.. but im getting pretty frustrated... my stats r 5 8 .. about 165.

Well, In my opinion, this is a good program to start with

Its the 3 x 5. Read through it. Other than that, I would say eat a lot if you're trying to gain muscle, get plenty of protein (chicken breast, lean steak, fish, eggs, maybe protein shakes) . Try to eat clean and healthy carbs. Work out 3 times a week with compound exercises (like the plan above suggests).

For eating, you have to be above your required daily caloric intake. Eating 5 - 6 meals a day helped me...some people say its not necessary but personally, it was helpful for me.

I'm no expert so hopefully if I'm wrong about something, someone with more experience can help you. Good luck.
