guys ive been hittin the gym hard for about 5months now eating decent.. and im just not getting big and ripped like id like to get.. if you search my previous thread ive made before it has my diet and also my workout routine... anyone know of a good routine and diet that can get me ripped? I still haven't tryed the anavar because im trying to stay natural.. but im getting pretty frustrated... my stats r 5 8 .. about 165.
