Need A Workout Regimen (limited time)

Ok, I have been lifting for most of this year, but I recently got a job working on off-shore oil rigs. I typically work 2 weeks on, one week off, so I have slacked way off. Is working out one or two weeks out of a month even worth it? Will I see any gains, even with two weeks of no working out?

What kind of routine should I use? Thanks for your help guys.
 
if u see gains it will definatly be very small but just cuz u work doesent mean u cant work out u could do some push ups sit ups and such and i guarantee u will see strength gains just look at the military for example i know someone at my gym who does hardly any weights and is very strong and hes in the military i think he benches about 280 but he only weighs 145
