Need a sample Clean Bulking Diet layout

What's up everyone!

Need help with a clean bulking diet layout I'm trying to put on as much weight as possible! Looking at a 5000 calorie plan!

Stats:
26 yrs old
187 lbs
5"6
Bf= 12-13%
Been training consistently for 2 years; have always had that athletic tone look before I started lifting weights on a consistent basis bc of the years of playing hockey! I put on 40 lbs in 2 years!
Have a high metabolism so eating dirty foods is not a problem for me

Have done one 7 week Anavar cycle with test e at 400mgs but dropped the test after 7 weeks bc it was bunk shit!

Getting ready to start a re-do cycle in 3 weeks with test e at 500mg and t-bol at 75mg

I also have a weight gainer protein shake that is 1000 calories per

get that bf down some more, and i bet that protein is full of sugar ,lots of carbs and junk (i may be wrong)

If your bulking you have two choices either do a Bulk that puts on weight/Fat Which i assume you do then just eat ,eat,eat, like ronnie coleman once said "don't be mad because you ate that big mac, be mad because you didn't eat two of them"


Or your other choice is gonna be slower ,and eat a clean bulk

decide what you want and let me know

I would like to do the slow bulk instead of eating dirty but I gotta eat pizza once in awhile ok lol!

This protein I picked up is by MHP called Up Your Mass you prob heard of it! The guy at the store said its a great gainer shake
 
I also work the midnight shift from 10pm-7am and in bed by 8:30 and wake up at 4pm and hit the gym from
6-8:30! Thought I would let you know my schedule bc my meal times and carb dosing and fat dosing I think will be different from someone who is on the normal schedule of sleeping at night
 
For example today at work I have already consumed 3 sweet potatoes, 2 chicken pot pies, 3 hard boiled eggs, (2) 1000 calorie protein shakes, handful of almonds, and 2 fried chicken legs
