My current stats are 5'6", 195lbs, bf% is around 15-18%, 38 years old. My goal for spring is to be 220lbs at around 8% bf. With dedicated training and proper diet need some input is greatly appreciated:)

Russian Sustanon 250" @ 500mg wks 1-8
deca 300 @ 300mg wks 1-8
Winstrol Depot, 50 mg wks 8-12
clomid, 50 mg, wks 13-15
Nolvadex, 20 mg, wks 13-15
 
although you will def gain some quality size and muscle on this cycle...your goals are very "lengthy" to say the least...to jump from 18% to 8% takes more than dedication and steroidal compounds to achieve...IT TAKES TIME!what i see you gaining on this cycle,saying that the basics are accounted for,such as training,diet,recup,etc...are approx 20-25 lbs of additionnal weight...your DIET will depend on how much of that is fat and how much is muscle...in any case,do your best and remain rational,not to dissapoint yourself...consistency and TIME are your two best friends...GOOD LUCK w/ your cycle and keep us updated on your progress...---fyi
 
If my mental gymnastics are correct, this means a ballpark loss of 15lbs of fat while gaining about 40 lbs lbm. Is this possible in 4-5 months on this cycle?

I'm a newb though, so what do I know :rolleyes:
 
I agree with with ultragainz, sounds good. I'm 35 and I've found that my diet is just as important as my drug use as I've gotten older. just keep your deit in check it's very important.
 
Not to be the goal quasher, but your goal for this cycle is unrealistic. You're looking at a good year long project and most likely longer to accomplish the goal you have stated. You are talking about a HUGE metamorphisis of your physique. If you want to turn this into a cutting cycle, which you certainly can, then you can get dwon to 8-10%bf, but you will be no where near 220. More like 175-180 after all is said and done with. In which case you would have to follow it up with more than likely a couple bulking cycles to add enough muscle mass to get you to 220. In the process you'll add fat so again you will have to diet some off...this time down to 200-205. Then Bulk again...ect...ect...ect. You see where whis is going. Years of work...not a cycle. 5'6 220 is pro caliber muscle mass you're talking about so long as it's proportioned properly. I suggest to re-evaluate your goals and perhaps notion of reality and set more modest and attainable standards for yourself. Your cycle looks very good, be it to bulk or cut, but your going to have to cater the goals to fit the cycle and reality.

Sounds good but up your deca to 450mg per week. As far as nolvadex start taking it when you feel your tit starting to hurt a little.
 
You cycle looks fine as is. As far as your goals, I think you set the bar alittle high. I'm sure you'll be happy with the results tho.

i like to set goals high give something to shoot for:)
 
I don't mean as in the rest of your life, I meant the change you're shooting for in the next few months.
The weight gain - yes.
The lowering of the body fat - could be done.
But both would be very difficult.
