I am looking for something to take before i workout to give me a litte extra boost if posible. Someone suggested 2 oz of glycerol and something.... any idea for me
I take in a chicken sarnie or similar about a hour before working out, then a big glass of OJ mixed with 10g creatine and some ALA and caffine tabs about 15 mins before working out.
Can feel the Caffine and ALA kicking in about 20 mins into the workout which gives you a fair old kick
