Can't get rid of fuckin WINFIXER !!! I have run ewido and adware and they STILL keep popping up. WTF !!

if it's a data miner a lot of times they have a transponder which makes it hard to eliminate.

You should research how to delete it from your registry. In the meantine I'd block it via firewall.
