Im 5'10 202 with 14%bf. I play college ball so my carbs are always high. I would say protien around 250-300 ed and carbs at 300-400 ed. I want to lean down but maintain my strength and size without losing anything. Im on 600mg test and d3ca so do you think if i drop my carbs to 75 and up protien to 300 and up the fats ill be fine?
