Here's what happened at the Perm household this morning.
8:35: Wife leaves for work.
8:36 Wife calls and says she just passed the Lawn care guys (weed control, not cutting) sitting around the corner in their truck. We are the only house in the neighborhood that uses them. We hang up.
8:36 I say, WTF!!
8:37 I peek out the window to see if they've come yet and done the service or left the notice....they haven't.
8:40 I peek out the window to see if they've come yet and done the service or left the notice....they haven't.
8:42 I peek out the window to see if they've come yet and done the service or left the notice....they haven't.
8:47 I peek out the window to see if they've come yet and done the service or left the notice....there's the usual note on the door saying that a "full" service was done, blah, blah, blah.
8:49 I call the company and tell them what happened, they say they'll get back with me after contacting a manager.
8:55 They call back and say that the technician had to use the restroom and ran up the street to go. He said he'd be back to do the regular service.
9:07 He's here now, doing the service.
Now.....what should I do?
-Should I cancel the f'n service (I've already paid for the year).
-Should I make him call every time he's coming out from now on so I can be here, or at least make him think I'll be here.
-If I cancel and get another co., I may run into this again.
He's a friggin piece of shit if you ask me, lying to me like that. I should take my U2 to him and get some use out of it.
