Need a lesson on comeback concoction

I have posted that I left bb'ing 5 or 6 years ago. Can I go at this like my very first time or do I need to act like I have used before and my receptors are not really fresh? Is this enough time to have clean receptors or do they never really get clean? Does this make any sense?

Nothing will ever be like your first cycle,but the answer to your question is yes you will respond very well with your receptors given a long break.
