anyway here my routine
BB front press 5x5
cable side laterals 2x8-10 ( i pull from behind the body)
reverse pec deck 2x8-10
some days i hit the side delts for 4 sets and ditch rears..theyre not much fun to train and they get hit pretty good with back anyway..i think 2 pressing moves is too much..pressing for 5x5 is plenty you need to hit those side heads and make the shoulders pop out..i know some will say that you cant do that..but ive always trained my side delts and have been rewarded with pretty decent capped delts
