ok, i did one a long time back, when i didn't know shit about it really. i'm looking to do another one now. but i dont want to bulk. i want to run something that will shred body fat, add some strength. i can't do something that will affect my staminia much though. staminia and endurance are a much for me. i'm 161lbs, and 5'7". i'd like to shred body fat down to as low as i can get. 5% if possilbe. any suggestions on what to use and stack from start to finish with dosages would be appreciated. like i said it's been awhile since i ran something, so i'm looking forward to it again. i hit it pretty damn hard now, but it's time to get "enhanced".....but like i said i can't have a side effect that will majorly screw staminia and endurance...
