I am a promising ectomorph with great genetics but could never gain weight or much strength even on a good stack. I saw Ned's Need for size 5x5's so decided to give it a try. 10 week's later after I started a 3 combo stack ( and yes its all legit straight from my cousin whos a vet) and changing my eating habits 5000 cal's a day + Ned's 5x5's I have put on almost 30 lbs of muscle and still have only 10% BF.
I would just like to say THANKS NED! if you really r a real person THANKS!, training nothing but heavy and progressing my weights each week has put me way past what I thought was impossible for me!
