Nebraska pyramid

I am looking for the scale to the Nebraska pyramid.
I have used this for bench before and it worked very well, but I cannot find a site that has this.
Help

Doesn't the Nebraska Pyramid go something like this:

10 rep warm-up. 8, 6 , 4, 3 , 2 , and 1 rep max.

This looks like it might be, but the scal gives all the poubdages based on your 1 rep max.
