I went to that website to look for Brock Lesnar and I found other links (under wrestling) as to how a wrestler gets into shape 5-8% fat before a meet. Or how they eat to add muscle etc...

This is geared more towards athletics but the reading is really interesting.

Im not gonna put here what the average recomended calories or % are because I know it may create a war on this thread. But none the less it is a really interesting read on how "real world" non sponsord coaches and nutrition experts train their world class athletes..
