Nature's Made Products

Their is a sale at CVS for any two Nature's Made products. I'd like to purchase some. Do you recommend any?

I think I'm going to buy Omega 3 or Omega 3 and 6 (which one?)

I'd like something that's going to increase my metabolism, health, or skin, really anything I guess. Just curious as to what's out there. I'd probobly prefer an item that protects against free raticals (my health)

Any suggestions?

I'd get some extra C. Maybe a combo Vitamin A,E,D. Make sure to include lots of fish, almonds, walnuts and olive oil in your diet and you'll see a big difference in your skin and overall health/metabolism.
