Nature shows and dating...

Do you ever watch a nature show and laugh at all the parallels you can draw between male/female interaction in the animal world and that of the human world? I was watching something on crocodile mating yesterday-

"Although the male's territory is ideal for hunting, it is not suitable for the hatchling crocodiles. The female will go elsewhere to lay her eggs."

"The male crocodile is not monogamous- he will mate with up to five females before the end of mating season."

"Intimidation is usually enough to settle the dispute between the two male crocodiles."

It would only make sense to find correlations because we came from animals, everything is related. peace

I can tell you I never approach a female that's with a large pack of females. I look for those that are alone or that have strayed from the herd. They still reject me though, however I'd rather be rejected by a single woman than humiliated by a large number of intoxicated women.

the best is thinking of being at a bar and there is a nature crew there watching it all and commenting - and then following back to the bedroom. I can just imagine the animals being like "uhh, dear, do you notice that guy over there with the camera?" "shut up honey and bend over some more... yeah, that's it...."

I can also relate a lot of the mom alligators building nests etc. I do a lot of that in the woods behind my house. And I also kill live fish in the river with my teeth.....I think I'm A LOT like a lady alligator.....not just in terms of relationships.

The male alligators find places unsuitable to for egg laying and hatching that way once the fuck, the female has no choice but to leave. This way the male doesn;t come across as an asshole for asking the chick to leave.
Smart if you ask me, maybe I'll go out and buy a twin size bed??????????????????????

You can also draw a lot of similarities between humans and Black Widow spiders.

Adult male Black Widows wander in search of females but do not feed or bite. Male Black Widow spiders can usually mate only once in their lives - they will die shortly after. So rather than wander off, they hang around the web waiting to be eaten. During the period shortly following mating and laying of eggs, the female Black Widow can be a little cranky and hungry.


This just about perfectly describes my marriage except for the laying of eggs. I got out of the web before that could happen!
