Natural Testosterone Boost

I watched this show on the discovery channel on Testosterone. It said certain activities can boost natural test, like winning in a sport match, sex, getting a job, weight training etc. So I've been trying to engage in activities that will boost it. I've added a daily viewing of porno, weekend trips paintballing or to a firing range, while walking down the street I keep my head high and look passerby's in the eye - at work I speak directly and try to acheive, I also crank Norweigan Death Metal throughout the day.
I was wondering if anyone had any other non-suppliment testosterone boosting ideas. I will punish and destroy all those with negative feedback.

What the point with all of the cum loss your going to loose you will have to replenish your sperm. Short of serial masturbation don't waste your time jacking off to up your test levels. Your penis foreskin can only take so much.

There really is no non natural way (body functions etc) to raise your levels drasticly other than supps, drugs etc. Everything you can do is to keep it from going down. No tight shorts, pants, sitting on bike seat etc.

masterbation hurts test levels and can kill your energy. I do it anyway lol. If you are enough into bodybuilidng to give up jerking off I would recommend it. I tried it for 2 months and it helped a lot I seemed to require at least an hour less sleep and my gains went up more rapidle. However, I have heard the angry music (gangster rap, death metal, hard rock, and walking around with head hel high, and even screaming can help.

That screaming idea is news to me, i'm going to try it. As far as masterbation, I agree with Hacksquats, watch the Porno, dont spank the monkey after.. spanking is good for prostate, not test.

Good call Twisted. I wonder how many depression cases would be cured if the doctor could convince the patient that everytime he feels sorry forhimself his test will drop and his chances of banging quality ass will decrease.
