this past summer, i basically ran 2 cycles back to back, and overdid it. and right when i started clomid, i had to go to rehab for other issues (so i wasnt able to finish) While in rehab about 3 weeks after the discontinuation of clomid (which i took for about a week) i got my test levels checked, (65). needless to say, gyno's setting in, sex drive is shot, when i am able to have sex, it takes too long to get off, if i even am able to...
Im not able to get in contact with my supplier for clomid and nolv, and have no other way of getting it (would clomid and nolv even do the job if i could get them??). I was wondering if i saw a doctor that specialized in sports and medicine or whatever, if there was any possible way that he would give me something that would do me any good to get me back to normal (keep in my that i am 20 years old, and currently prescribed to adderal, prozac and neurontin, dont know if being on any of these meds would stop him from putting me on something that i would need). Also what exact type of doctor do i need to see? Endocrinologist? should i be honest with him about my juicing? And is there a possiblilty that my test levels would not ever be able to come back?

I know this is a stupid question but, is there any legal supplements that i could get from a store that would help my situation out? if not, anything i can take short term until the dr's appointment (i dont want gyno).

I know i asked alot of questions, but i would think if yall were in my shoes it would be the only thing you were able to think about.

Other issues? Were those opiate related? Your test levels are pretty shitty looks like something you see post OC or Meth...

The meds you are on aren't helping your ability to...reach climax. Go see and Endo' tell him everything. Really.

Nolva will probably prevent gyno assuming it isn't progest' related. Yes, there are some herbal sup's that might help with the recovery as well and you can do a search on "Nelson Montana" and "PCT" to find them. Your first idea was the best though. GO SEE AN ENDO!

I agree with thx, and going to a doc he wouldn't be able to do much except put you on androgel or test cyp at 100mg every 5 days, or just tell you to work out more and get a lot of sleep and wait it out. Clomid might help but its dangerous on the eyes.

You are lucky that you know exactly why your test is so low, your crashing, on prozac and recovering from addiction. I hope you know prozac kills libido. If you can get past the libido deal (man, i've been there) you could wait it out until your body gets its natty test back up (6 to 8 weeks).. get something like nelson's post cycle that should cover you for both aspects and speed things way up. Its better than going on androgel and slowing recovery even more just to get your well being and libido back. fuck the clomid. nolva for your gyno for sure, what else is there for severe cases?

Also, don't block 5AR either, just in case you thought about it, you need DHT for well being - stay away from GLA, B6, ... Just remember, time will cure it unelss you nutts are atrophied.. then you need some HCG / Clomid / Arimidex to spike up LH and FSH before anything else (Animal's Protocol).

Do they have you on methadone now? If so, test is going to remain shot for a while.

I have no idea how long deca will inhibit you. Likewise I have no idea how long opiat withdrawl will. Both can last quite some time, and I dont think the combo is going to be good. Go see an endo or a doc that is familar with your situation they can decide if you need to do a recovery or some form of HRT for seveal months.

I would still go see a doctor.

If you refuse to do that, though, then try HCG at 1000 to 2000iu MWF for three weeks to get testicular size back to normal and run Clomid/nolva at 50mg/20mg ED for 6wk and try NM's PCT approach. Then get tested and see where you are.
