How much can lifestyle affect natural testosterone levels in a person not using any exogenous supplementation? For example, if a person has a total T level of 500 and hasn't been eating well or enough, hasn't been sleeping well, and has had a period of stress, what could his level possibly be if some or all of these factors were reversed?
