I never said DIM was placebo. It's been shown to increase 2hydroxy and 2 metoxy estrones, which are considered the "good" estrogens. Calcium D Glucerate (also recommened by Life Extension) LOWERS estrogen but leaves the 2hydoxy and 2methoxys. Chrysin (also recommended by Life Extention) will lower overall estrogen when combined with Bioperine (also recommended by Life Extension). All of these ingredients are included in "POST-CYCLE" from

Life Extension does some good stuff but I can't say I'm in total agreement with them all the time , nor are they recogmized by the AMA. They're an"alternative" treatment organization who sell products -- lots of good and well researched products, but they're a business nonetheless.
