I read this thread earlier and thought I would wait before I offered any "unexpert" advice.
I don't know all of the facts regarding gyno, but, just to share my own experience might shed some light.
Big nipples: not gyno, just genetic (that being a professional opinion of several doctors). Do you know the commercial actor, "Fabio" who does the "I can't believe it's not butter" ads? He's got some big ones. But, low bf and muscular build and they lay flat on a solid chest and everything looks fine. <<Disclaimer.. I don't know your definition of big so I'm just throwing this out to offer some help. Mine look like his. When I'm a little on the chubby side, I hate them. But, when I lean down, they're okay.>>
As for myself, I tend to have fat build-up on my pecs that is one of the last places to go. My six-pack will look pretty good, but I'll still have (and can feel) the fat in the pecs (and on the glutes and a little on the inner thighs). But, when I completely cut-up, all goes away including the pecs. Perhaps (just a thought) you have excess fat build-up there and dropping bf% more than you thought necessary will help this.
Just some "unofficial" advice. Hope someone else chimes in as well.
