I am 6 foot 180lbs 7% bf. I don't feel like I am seeing any gains. On a high protein with good carb diet And I am
About to start a Test e cycle. And I am wanting some feed back. Been working out about a year now
 
Whats your diet like. Didnt think you were over 21 you could run the test e but only working out for one year worries me. You gotta learn to eat and train.
 
4-5 meals a day breakfast oatmeal 3 whole eggs 3 egg whites. About 20g of protein. Meal 2 broccoli 12 oz chicken breast brown rice or wheat pasta some almonds. Meal 3 broccoli or spinach 8 oz of chicken almonds. Meal 3 12 oz of salmon or some lean beef sweet potatoes. Usually plate of wheat pasta and some wheybolic 60 post work out
 
Imo, you need way more food. Another thing, as much as I love running, its tough for me to do when I'm Bulking.

you said you were 6% in one thread, now 7% in this thread... i am really questioning how old you are and how accurate your stats are... also the way you are neurotically starting thread after thread... somethings not right

I wanna know what freaking store carries 12 oz chicken breasts?
