natural growth

Has anyone ever tried to bulk naturaly? I mean without the help of AS. I decided that this winter I would go into a major bulking stage and see how much I could gain without the use of AS. I am no stranger to AS, used them several times in the past with good results. For the last three months I have been on a very simple diet, which consist of EAT, EAT, EAT. My metabolism is very high so an average of 4,000 cal per day is nothing to me. During the last 3 months I bumped my cal intake up to 4,500 per day. Up the carbs and have eating a 12 oz steak every other day. Man thats alot of steak!
Any way during these last three months I gained 20 lbs and lost an inch off my waist! I dont know much about nutrition but I know that what I did worked for me. :D

I dont like to really eat a ton without using juice. The juice works so great with a lot of calories.

I've done natural bulking quite a bit. Although I have a significant cycle history I've mainly been natural.

The mistake most people make when natural is to eat a very rigid diet and worry extensively about their bodyfat. It's not like roids where one can put on muscle and lose significant fat (at least not for an experienced lifter). I just make sure that I'm not gaining too much fat and eat a lot.

Training is also paramount - squats, deadlifts, benches - freeweights. Required.

I gained about 15 pounds naturally through eating well and training hard. Most of it was muscle too. Mostly from adjusting my diet and training from what I learned on here.

A lot of it depends on the individual's genetics. I for one can eat and eat till I can't walk, but won't gain anything. I can cut very easily though. I have seen good success in others that have bulked naturally. They gained size but also gained some fat. It's just part of it.

well I believe that it is time to start cutting, being summer and all.
Only I am affraid that if I start eating less meat all that I have worked hard for will be down the drain.
Perhaps if I keep my diet the same and change my training routine, but is it possibe to cut while eating that many cals?
I have fairly high metabolism and an ectomorphic build so any thoughts would be greatly appreciated.

I gained 17lbs in about 4 months naturally. I ATE LIKE A HORSE and it paid off. I also took Cell-Tech twice a day and Meso-Tech 4 times a day. I was stronger and bigger than I was before my previous best on gear. Not bad considering but I think I reached a plateau finally so I turned back to gear again. :)
