I saw a post here a while ago, with an URL to a medical institute or something showing the natural GH release curve during day & night!
A nice picture with a diagramme with a realease axis and a time axis....
Been using the searchtool for hours now and just can't dig it up!
The interesting thing about it is that it shows the opposite to what many ppl say, that most of the body's own natural GH release is NOT during night, but all day long!
Can somebody post it again, since it was pretty interesting!?
