Natural Diuretics

Caffeine is a great diuretic. Not sure if you consider that natural but your best bet is to take it in pill form (since coffee, soda etc. will add extra fluid).

I have used Taraxatone, which is basically Dandelion Root and some other things, but I felt it made a noticeable difference. You would definately have to be low BF, in the single digits I would think for you to notice it make a difference though. I know a few people that use it and like it, you can pick it up at GNC, its probably the most popular of the natural diuretics.

More water, less salt, add some potassium into your diet. Then add even more water. :)

Foods such as asparagus and parsley are natrual diuretics.

Taraxatone helps, as does Thermorexin (but is also a stimulant). Caffeine pill is good idea, never thought of that before.

there is a new diuretic that u can get from gnc or some other place called xpel this stuff is magic , i went from 12.6%bf to 8.5% in 10 days,.... this is 3 times as good as taxtaratone with i have also used.... I was also drinking 2 gallons of water a day which also helps a lot.......

machine and wannabebig,
How much and how long should you take taxtaratone or xpel for it to work and after discontinuing how long do the effects last. I know very little about removing water weight, but would like to do so in the next week before I go on my cruise. Thanks bros.

If you are watching your sodium, drinking over 3 gallons of water per day, what exactly will the pottassium do for you? Im not too familiar with potassium supps, never really looked too fat into it.

It will keep your electrolytes in check. Especially during your water & sodium depletion before a competition.

both taxtaratone and xpel are taken for 10 days you will probably see a result after 4 days and it lasts a few weeks ,.. its good if ur going on vacation

Taraxatone

One more question bros. I'm going on this cruise this sunday. I could probably get the xpel or taraxatone today, but would only have 5 days to take (dont really want to be taking any supplements on the cruise, just want a break). Would it be worth it and would whatever results I saw in 5 days last the 2 weeks after. Thoughts are appreciated. Thanks

If ur leaving in 5 days definately take the xpel ,, ive taken both and i got the same results with 5 days of xpel as i did with 10 days of taxtaratone....also drink 2 gallons a day of water

12.6%bf to 8.5% in 10 days,....

Sorry but not a fucking chance. You say you dropped 4 percent bf in 10 days...with a diuretic?

that is absolutely what happened , why would i make something up like that , i had my bf % checked the day before i started and the last day.. i also upped my water intake to a little over 2 gallons a day... before u knock it , or me , just give it a try it is cheap and it only takes 10 days.....Im not gonna say that everyone is gonna loose that much but i guarantee u will loose at least 1 % in 10 days .....

my nutritionist has a machine that u hold in your hands and it sends a pulse through ur body, but before u say they are not accurate , I had it checked the same day with calipers at my gym by a personal trainer..it was only off by .6 %... either way u look at it the machine said that i droped almost 4 % in 10 days.

A diuretic makes you lose water, not fat. And you're telling me that you lost 4 percent bf or roughly 8 pounds of fat in 10 days with something not even designed to reduce fat? I'm not knocking you, trust me I am very direct if that was my intention.
