When Huck first posted his estrogenic fat cutting cycle I decided to try it. I used ECA, Liquidex 1mgED, and Yohimbe for the first three weeks. I found the yohimbe to be off the wall as far as feeling wise, irted off at 202 maybe 9-10 bf. I started doing morning cardio on the cross trainer for 30 minutes on level 10 and burned on average about 530 calories. Then I would speed walk on the treadmill at full incline at a speed of 4.3 for 20 minutes and burn about 300 calories. Before I did my morning cardio I took BCAA's, ALA, ECA, Glutamine, and Creatine. I kept a daily log in a notebook so if I cheated diet wise I would have to write it down. I cheated once, I decided to highlight that shit in pink to show how much of a pussy I was. My diet was a ton of tuna, chicken, lean hamburger patties......I only ate carbs post workout and cardio. I worked out in the PM and did Moderate weight with strict form, I did 15,12,10 reps. I have been doing this for about a month. At first I thought I would risk loosing a lot of muscle. Now I am about 186, but shredded. I was going to DNP but I caught myself relying on drugs instead of hard work. Sometimes its good just to do things the hard way and naturally. 186 sounds weak to me, but the mirror doesn't show 186, only the scale. Oh yeah and for all the bro's that can't get rid of their face bloat, try this, amazing.
