Most Pro BBers are ungodly strong, esp. at the super heavyweight level.. there's a few Dilletts out there who grow 23" arms with 25lb DBs but they're not the norm.
Just like most 198-220's and plenty of 242's PLers are carrying twice the muscle of the average self-proclaimed bodybuilder. Sam Byrd's a great example.

LOL good call on the lifting types. PLus he's basing his entire argument on Ronnie who was a very good powerlifter before switching to BB. I've lifted in the gym next to Ronnie and at least that day he wasn't doing anything impressive weight wise. The only Pro BB guy I believe is super strong is Johnny Jackson since he also competes in Powerlifting and is strong as fuck.
Sam is a stud, also a really nice guy, I like the pic with him and Mike Miller.
