nice try, but mahanakorn is not what the people of Thailand call it, they just call it Krung Thep. The mahanakorn is a word that has been added through the years; however, looking through history of the Thais, Krung Thep was only used.

What are you talking about...your choice is the short version and it means City of Angels..
