Too many to really mention, my friend.... but I'll have a go at the general foods:
Meat (any sort; beef, lamb, pork, venison, human, chicken, turkey, duck, tuna, salmon, any other sort of fish, seafood like squid, prawns, shellfish etc)
Cheese
Cream
Butter/margarine/oil
Low-carb protein powder
Eggs
Diet drinks or jelly (jello if you're American)
Basically, you've just gotta look at the carbohydrate content of each food.... try to eat foods with zero carbs. If the food has a few (like less than 5%) then you can have it.... but use it sparingly. Any more than that, and you should try to avoid it altogether.
