nair question

Alright...so I'm thinking awfully hard about using some nair to rid myself of unwanted hair.

But...the bottle says don't use it "downtown"

Question is, what will nair do if it's used downstairs and will it affect anything down there. Also...can it be used on the arse? Any help?

I've thought about that too. I did a search on the Internet, and found a few men that have tried it. Some said it burned like hell, others said it didn't. I would be hesitant to put Nair on testicles, though. I've used it on my legs, and it was a pain in the a$$! Tried hard not to get in on the pubic area. Took about an hour. The next few days, my legs stung like heck, but subsided afterwards. Didn't see hairs for about 7-10 days. Pretty nice, but it's a lot of work.

Until today, I would have said go ahead try it! However, I will now say....STAY AWAY....STAY VERY FAR AWAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I've used Nair on and off for 3 years...legs, back, abs, scrotum and around the rectal opening without a problem until today. My back went into a major allergic reaction and I looked like someone dragged across an asphalt road...major welts! It started within 1 minute of application.

Apparently, Nair changes their formula quite often and now places a big disclaimer on the bottle...test first then try. Did the first time! I've heard many other horror stories about the product. I'm now looking for safe alternatives...waxing...finding someone to shave those hard to get places...laser

YES, DO NOT even ATTEMPT to go anywhere NEAR ure BALLS with NAIR...and ure NIPPLES as well for that matter...(same goes for you men as well, LOL)

I use Nair on my chest and would NEVER use it on my balls. First, if you rub Nair you will actually burn your skin. You need to just put it on without rubbing it in. I did that the first time I used Nair on my chest and it hurt like a Mother! Scabbed up for a few days too. Second, why would you use Nair on your balls when you can just use an electric razor with a safety guard?

I use Nair for my chest but I find shaving my testicles is ALOT easier and the hair takes a long time to grow back.

I use nair, down there, but I first use coco butter so there is a protective layer then I apply the nair. You can use a light coating of vaseline as well. The nair will still work. However I don't have testicles so take my advice for what its worth. Good luck
