i got a bottle of this and have no idea what it does, what to expect, or how to use it... lol... impulse buy... can someone help me out here? i hear good stuff about it
Dose it 30 minutes before meals with carbs. I use 3 caps for high carb meals, and dose one cap before lower carb meals.

Awesome. That should help. All my meals have med-high carbs. I'm an ectomorph so I try to use carbs and protein to put on size but seems its just turning to fat. Then again my diet is horrible so that explains that too.
I'm starting a clean lean bulking diet after Christmas so incorporating this with whey2build should do me nicely and make a decent addition to upcoming cycle. Anything I should avoid while taking it?
Just try to stay away from sugars, starches, and breads as much as possible and get better clean carbs like sweet potatoes and brown rice. Need2slin will help with any carb source, but is always best to try and eat as clean as you can to lean bulk.
Diet is always tough but consistency is key! nslin helps.

I have been using N2 Slin religiously for at least 8 months now...and I know it has helped me stay lean as I am today. I eat clean for the most part...lean protein, fiborous/complex carb sources, healthy fats...but there are my cheat days where I will have my authentic Carne Asada tacos, pizza, sushi (white rice), burgers, burritos...and N2 Slin has been the supplement that I use to make sure that those carbs are being utilized efficiently! I dose 1-2 caps 30 minutes prior to carb containing meals or cheat meals, and this works!!! This is one supplement that I will never cycle off of...and am currently having my wife take it to help her trim off some holiday eating frenzies!!!
M.a., I eat a load of carbs. I'm a freak when it comes to eating bread. I think every meal and snack I eat has bread. How do you dose it then?
I just got back to the gym after 3 mos (first break in 3 years no bs) I wanna get rid of some excess water and fat. Will this work? I have a bottle here. Bought it "just because" during the Xmas sale
